Nationwide Store and Certified Technician Data Management System for the Japan Glasses Association

Project Overview
For the newly established national certification "Eyeglass Making Technician," we built a system to manage certified technicians and eyeglass stores across Japan.
Working with the association, we continue to update features alongside maintenance, including a notification mechanism for ongoing follow-up with certified members.
Challenges
The system had to integrate with the association's internal system, requiring two-way API integration that keeps data up to date at all times. In addition, because many certified technicians are older, the association wanted every UI/UX decision to be made with great care.
Our Approach
Because many users are older, we paid close attention to every detail of the UX in the member registration flow and the My Page area, carefully choosing each piece of on-screen text.
For annual membership fees, we offer multiple payment methods, including credit cards, convenience store payments, and invoices.
We also built an algorithm to correct inconsistent notations in manufacturer and store names entered by users (certified technicians and store managers).
We continue to release feature updates almost every month and strive to contribute to the Japanese eyewear industry.
