Project Overview
We handled the complete system renewal of "Ecologynet Plus," the waste management cloud service provided by ECOS Co., Ltd.
The service is a large-scale platform used at more than 3,000 sites of 200 companies (as of December 2025). In this renewal, we identified the issues of the existing system and, while carrying over its core functions, rebuilt the entire system and its UI/UX on a modern technology stack. The result is a complete replacement with a cloud service designed for future scalability and maintainability.
Challenges
As a large-scale platform used at more than 3,000 sites of 200 companies, it had to process huge volumes of data and transactions reliably. Ensuring scalability and maintainability for long-term operation was another key challenge.

Our Approach
We revisited the foundational design, including the infrastructure, and rebuilt a robust system environment capable of withstanding the heavy loads of large-scale operation. Adopting a modern technology stack modernized the system and created a foundation that can flexibly accommodate future feature expansion.
We also thoroughly optimized the database during the replacement. By tuning queries and revisiting index design for large data volumes, we dramatically improved page display speed.
