Launched a Free Security Assessment for AWS and Web Systems

MOOBON, Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takeshi Minami) has launched a free security assessment for web services and business systems running on AWS.
With cyberattacks making headlines one after another, we offer this assessment as a first step for companies that are unsure whether their system is safe after leaving everything to a development vendor, whose systems have not been updated for years, or who have been asked by business partners to confirm their security measures. As a company whose core business is system development and maintenance, we can also carry out the fixes recommended in the report ourselves.
Overview

- We review your source code and AWS configuration with read-only access, and summarize the security issues, how to fix them, and the estimated cost in a report. We also point out improvements in AWS costs and database performance.

- Free (any follow-up work is quoted in the report)

- About one week at the earliest from application to report
- Scope
- Systems running on AWS built with Ruby on Rails, PHP (Laravel, WordPress), or JavaScript/TypeScript (such as Next.js)
- Capacity
- Up to 5 companies per month
How we protect your information
- We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the assessment
- We use read-only access only and make no changes to your configuration or data
- Every report is reviewed by our quality lead, Yuzo Nishikawa (CTO, AWS Certified Security – Specialty), before delivery
- Information obtained during the assessment is deleted within 90 days of delivering the report
